POLICIES

In order to provide excellent service to all of our clients, a few policies have been put into place.

+ Only the client is allowed in the procedure room. We do have a very comfortable waiting area that a friend or family member is more than welcome to relax in while you are having your procedure done.

+ You must be 18 years of age to receive any and all permanent makeup.

+ Please do not bring babies and young children to your appointment. We love littles however, DollFace is a place where clients come to relax.

+ We do have a "15 minutes late" policy, this is considered a “no show”. Please arrive on time. Appointment times are scheduled for each client and their specific needs. When a client is running late, it can cut into the next client’s appointment and etc. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cut your service short or you may not be able to receive your service at all do to the nature of the appointment. In this case, fees will be assessed as follows:

- For all services that require a booking fee, this fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will need to be paid prior to rescheduling.
- For all other services, if we cannot begin a service due to a lack of sufficient time, 50% of service total will be due.
- If your service is shortened, full payment will be due.

+ Booking fees are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule prior to 48 hours of your appointment, no worries. This will need to be rescheduled within 30 days.

+ If you have paid a booking fee for permanent makeup and we determine during your consultation you are not a good candidate for permanent makeup, your booking fee may be transferred to another service. This is to be used in 1 visit.

+ DollFace has a 48-hour cancelation policy regarding services (besides permanent makeup). Without reasonable notice, the appointment you have scheduled may not be able to be filled. Therefore, there is a 50% of total service cancelation charged to the card on file if a 48 hour notice is not given

+ DollFace has a 48-hour cancelation policy regarding permanent makeup. A large amount of time is set aside just for you and your procedure. With out reasonable notice of a cancelation, this time slot may not be able to be filled. This is a disservice to DollFace as well as other clients wanting to schedule. If for ANY reason (at the owners discretion) you do not cancel prior to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your booking fee or equivalent ($100.00) will be forfeited/charged to the card on file and a new booking fee will need to be paid prior to rescheduling.

+DollFace will honor the price of your booking at the time your appointment is made. Any flash sales, holiday sales, or discounted appointments advertised after you've made your booking CANNOT be applied. Back dating future sales is not fiscally sustainable for the company, nor is it fair to clients that book in the same month once a sale is over. Likewise, price increases that go into effect after your booking, but before your appointment, will not be reflected in your total due. Furthermore, any sale or discount will not apply if you are already in the schedule and move your appointment to a sale day or time. This opens up appointment times in the schedule that can be very hard to fill.

+ If you do not give a minimum of 48-hours notice for a refinement/touch up appointment, a $100.00 booking fee will to be required prior to rescheduling.

+ There is a 48-hour cancelation policy for all Fibroblast/Skin Tightening treatments. If you do not give a 48 hour notice for cancelation, You will forfeit your paid booking fee or there will be a $100.00 booking fee charged to the card on file.

+ Fibroblast consultations are 30 minutes. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be canceled. If you would like to reschedule a $100.00 booking fee will be required to reschedule.

+ Fibroblast/Skin Tightening treatments have a 15 minute cancelation policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to reschedule.

+ DollFace attempts to send an email reminder the day before any scheduled appointments. If for whatever reason a reminder is not sent, it is the responsibility of the client to show up to any of their scheduled appointments.
